I’ve paid for a table, but I’ve changed my mind and/or I have a conflict of interest and I can no longer participate. Can I be refunded?
Refunds can be issued up to 48 hours before the event. Payments cannot be refunded in the event of a vendor failing to appear.
Where will my table be placed?
Crate Diggers staff will arrange the table placements and show you to your table(s) upon arrival.
Can I bring another person help me with my table?
Yes! We will provide 2 vendor badges per vendor. Clearance for additional helpers may be arranged.
How much time do I have to break down and load out?
Load out time take place the hour after the conclusion of the record fair, and all items must be removed from the premises within this hour.
How much time do I have to load in?
Load in will generally begin 2 hours before the event opens to the public.
Will weather protection be provided?
Some events will take place outdoors, while some will be indoors, and others will be a combination of the two. For outdoor events, pop up canopies will generally be provided. Sellers are welcome to bring their own canopies for extra coverage.
What size are the tables?
Generally 6 feet (1.8 meters) by 2.5 feet (.8 meters).

What payment methods are accepted for vendor tables?
We only accept PayPal. A payment can be made via PayPal with either a PayPal account, or with a credit or debit card.
